Scheduling Details Tab
The Scheduling Details tab allows you to set up the room's calendar using the Server Access drop‑down and the subsequent fields that display as a result of your choices.
NOTE: If you change the calendar type of a room that has meetings associated with it, you will lose the meetings.
You can choose:
Lotus Domino
NOTE: Lotus Domino is used to access the Lotus Notes Calendar service as a source for the Crestron Fusion RV® software Scheduling Service. For information concerning integrating Crestron Fusion RV with Notes Domino, refer to the Lotus Domino topic.
- Select Lotus Domino in the Server Access drop‑down menu. Two fields will appear immediately beneath the drop down: Lotus Resource Name and Resource Site.
- Enter the room name into the Lotus Resource Name field. This name is the Room Resource Type as described in the Resource Reservation database (default name: Resource.nsf) used in your installation.
- Enter the location information for the site into the Resource Site field. This is the site information contained in the same database.
- Select Verify Mailbox Setting to test your entries.
- If your changes are complete, select Save & Close to save your settings. If you are continuing on to the Address tab, select it to proceed.
NOTE: In Lotus Notes, a room is defined by its Resource Name and Site Name. For example, Room 1234 at 123 Your Street would be stored in Lotus Notes as CN=Room 1234/O=123 Your Street. Therefore, the Lotus Resource Name and Resource Site would be Room 1234 and 123 Your Street respectively.
NOTE: Crestron Fusion requires read/write access to the Resource Reservation Database and read access to the Directory (default name: names.nsf) database.

NOTE: Exchange Web Services (EWS) is used to access Exchange 2007 or 2010’s web services components. An activity that appears on R25’s schedule is called an event by the system. Each event must be associated with an event type, a parent ID, a cabinet ID and an organization ID. These IDs are expressed as numbers generated by the R25 system and those numbers are used in the Crestron Fusion Configuration Manager in the following fields: R25 Default Event Type, R25 Default Parent ID, R25 Default Cabinet ID, and R25 Default Organization ID.
