Use this function to reset/reboot the device.
For control systems, the Device Reset command will send a system reboot. If a Compact Flash card is installed with a valid program, the Compact Flash program will run. Otherwise the program in internal Flash will run. If programs exist in both Compact Flash and internal Flash, the program in Compact Flash will run.
